The availability of features may vary based on your selected plan, location, device, service availability, and other factors.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to purchase paid services or place an order through Utzaveri.

If you are using Utzaveri on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Certain features may require you to create an Utzaveri account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.

Utzaveri may offer different plans and service levels, including:

Plan prices, features, limits, and availability may be displayed on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.

The features available to you will depend on the plan or service you select.

Fees for paid services must be paid using an available and accepted payment method.

By making a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the relevant payment.

Unless otherwise stated:

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Applicable taxes may be added where required
• Payment must be completed before access to paid services is provided
• Additional charges may apply to separate services or physical jewellery

Utzaveri may use third-party payment service providers to process payments.

Physical jewellery is priced separately from Utzaveri's digital plans and services.

Payment for a Utzaveri plan does not include the cost of manufacturing, materials, gemstones, metal, craftsmanship, shipping, taxes, or other costs associated with physical jewellery unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The final price of physical jewellery may depend on:

• Design complexity
• Metal type and purity
• Metal weight
• Gemstone type, quality, and availability
• Size and dimensions
• Craftsmanship requirements
• Technical specifications
• Production requirements
• Applicable taxes and other charges

A separate quotation may be provided before physical jewellery production begins.

Utzaveri uses AI-powered technology to generate and explore jewellery design concepts.

AI-generated results may vary based on your input, uploaded content, available technology, and other factors.

Utzaveri does not guarantee that:

• Every generated result will meet your expectations
• A generated design will be technically feasible to manufacture
• A design can be reproduced exactly as visualised
• A generated design will be unique or exclusive
• A generated design will be available for production

AI-generated designs are intended to support exploration and creation. Additional design review and technical assessment may be required before physical production.

Try On and other visualisation features use AI-powered technology to provide a digital preview.

These results are intended for visualisation purposes only.

Utzaveri does not guarantee that a Try-On result will exactly represent:

• The final physical appearance of jewellery
• Actual size or dimensions
• Weight
• Exact metal colour
• Gemstone appearance
• Fit or comfort
• Final proportions
• Appearance under different lighting conditions

The final physical jewellery may differ from the digital preview.

LUMEN is Utzaveri's physical AI-powered jewellery creation machine.

The availability and functionality of LUMEN may vary by location and service availability.

When using LUMEN, you agree to follow applicable instructions provided by Utzaveri personnel or through the LUMEN experience.

Any physical jewellery piece, reference, image, or design provided during a LUMEN session may be used as input for the requested design exploration and related services.

The scanning, interpretation, visualisation, or digital output of LUMEN may not create an exact technical or physical reproduction of the original reference.

You may submit content to Utzaveri, including:

• Images
• Photographs
• Jewellery designs
• Reference materials
• Text prompts
• Personalisation details
• Other content

You retain ownership of your original content, subject to the rights necessary for Utzaveri to process and use that content to provide the requested services.

You confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights or permissions to submit the content
• Your content does not violate applicable law
• Your content does not infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your content is not unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading

You are responsible for the content you submit.

The Utzaveri website, branding, software, technology, interface, content, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Utzaveri and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Utzaveri materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Ownership and rights relating to AI-generated or collaboratively developed design outputs may depend on the nature of the service, your selected plan, the final agreement for a physical jewellery order, and applicable law.

Where necessary, specific ownership, usage, exclusivity, and production rights may be addressed separately.

You agree not to:

• Use Utzaveri for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of our services
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Use another person's account without permission
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload content you do not have permission to use
• Misrepresent your identity
• Use our services to create fraudulent or misleading materials
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content or data without authorisation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary technology except where permitted by law

A digital design is not automatically ready for physical production.

Before physical jewellery is created, the design may require review for:

• Technical feasibility
• Structural integrity
• Wearability
• Material suitability
• Gemstone setting requirements
• Size and dimensions
• Manufacturing requirements

Utzaveri or its authorised partners may recommend modifications before production.

Certain services may be provided or supported by third parties, including:

• Payment providers
• Technology and AI providers
• Manufacturing partners
• Delivery partners
• Other service providers

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Utzaveri or its features at any time.

We may also update pricing, plans, features, availability, and service offerings.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice will be provided.

Utzaveri provides its services on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.

While we aim to provide a high-quality experience, we do not guarantee that our services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

AI-generated designs, visualisations, recommendations, and other outputs may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for technical, manufacturing, valuation, authenticity, or other professional determinations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Utzaveri shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Utzaveri and its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your unlawful use of our services
• Content submitted by you that infringes the rights of another person
• Your violation of applicable law

You may stop using Utzaveri at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to your account or services where reasonably necessary, including where we believe there has been:

• A violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• A security risk
• Misuse of our services

Termination does not affect obligations or rights that by their nature should continue after termination.

Your use of Utzaveri is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice where required.

Your continued use of Utzaveri after updated Terms & Conditions become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
